Welcome to Chaps by Nancy.  My new website enables the world to visibly walk thru my Custom Chap Shop.  Although I do have a display at a limited number of horse shows and trade shows through out the United States.  I can't be every where to show you my products so this is the reason for the website.

Many top riders in the International Horse Show World have trusted me to design and fit them in quality show chaps since 1978.  My previous business was named "My Nancy Original"/Nancy Voeltz Originals of Jefferson, Wisconsin, Designed and created the finest "Head to Toe" Western Show clothes in the Quarter Horse and Appaloosa World from 1978 - 1995....Giving Fashion Shows at Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN to Syracuse, N.Y. to Albuquerque, N.M. to Atlanta, GA to Salem, OR to Billings, MT. . .and of course Columbus, Oh; Louisville, KY; Oklahoma City, OK and Ft Worth, TX.

I have even designed Album cover apparel for some country singers.

I was born and raised on a Southern Wisconsin Horse Ranch.  My Parents and Brother, Don, showed horses and I won my first trophy was at age 6, showing P.O.A.'s Appaloosa's and Quarter Horses.  I have won Championships in Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Pleasure Driving, N.R.H.A. Reining. . . and now hopefully N.C.H.A. Cutting.

Currently I am a Member of the A.Q.H.A., ApHc, N.R.H.A. and the N.C.H.A. and still compete in the reining and cutting arenas.

Married for 18 years to Professional Horseman and Judge. . . Randy Cutbirth... Who taught me greater respect and understanding of the horse and it's mind.

Since Randy's death at the 2005 N.R.H.A. Derby, I have specialized in custom chaps only.
